Council workers have no powers to 'stop and search' so the notice might not be worth the paper it is written on. Neither have Community Support Officers for that matter (even though they imitate warranted police officers in terms of uniform, handcuffs, etc. in Wales and on our transport systems). A hard working bloke who doesn’t throw his rubbish out his van window but saves it in a bag until full then puts that bag in a waste bin to start on a new bag at the cost of £300 when certain members of the community can fly tip a whole van load of rubbish and only get a £200 fine if and that’s a big IF they get caught. This country needs to really get its act togeather. 🤔
